ADP is seeking an IC – Senior Implementation Consultant for Payment Support Services (PSS) within Global Payroll. You will own end-to-end PSS implementation projects, coordinating with Project Managers, partners, and clients to map country payments on the ADP Celergo platform while ensuring compliance and smooth invoicing.

The role requires strong technical setup and clear client communication. The position involves resolving client issues, providing training, and occasional travel to client

Formación

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• Two to five years related experience and/or training in a service environment.
• Bilingual language skills are preferred; project management certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for end-to-end delivery of ADP Celergo PSS implementation projects.
• Configure regulatory settings in the global ADP platform (CGC) and develop and test the global solution.
• Attend implementation calls, support clients with technical PSS questions, and train clients.
• Explain country-specific payment issues to clients with partners; provide issue resolution and action plans.
• Travel to client locations when required and work with global partners to ensure timely project completion.
