Strada Energy International is seeking aPayroll Specialist to contribute to end-to-end payroll processing and data management. You will ensure accurate output on time and support customer service activities as needed.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, English proficiency, and experience with HRIS systems like Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft. You will collaborate across teams and handle confidential information in a global environment.

Formación

• Studies in Accounting, HR, or Business Administration with at least 2 years’ payroll experience.
• Experience administering Payroll or Health & Welfare/Benefits in HR outsourcing or corporate environments.
• HRIS knowledge: Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Process Payroll End to End to meet the calendar and KPIs.
• Support Statutory and Year End reporting per calendar and KPIs.
• Advise clients on payroll queries and country-specific legislation.
• Respond to tickets/calls within SLA and contribute to system testing.
• Conduct knowledge transfer and maintain DWIs to reflect current processes.
