Eurofit Group is seeking a Process Engineer to manage and optimize production processes across the plant and collaborate with global partners. You will drive KPI improvements, implement best practices, and train teams on process instructions.

Key requirements include 3+ years in a related role, strong leadership, and advanced English. The role offers an international environment, development opportunities, and a permanent contract with competitive benefits.

Formación

• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role (automotive preferred).
• Action planning and change management experience.
• Strong verbal communication in English.
• Familiar with policies and procedures in manufacturing.
• Costing and budgeting knowledge.
• Technical knowledge: pneumatics, mechanics, electricity, hydraulics, industrial communications.
• Automation and robotics experience.
• Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma knowledge.
• Experience with ERP/MES/CMMS systems.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Team management and leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Drive KPI action plans and address deviations; audit non-conformities.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and capture staff ideas.
• Implement best practices and lessons learned.
• Plan and manage shifts and staff (permanent and agency workers).
• Create and manage local work instructions (e.g., TPM).
• Train local teams on processes and work instructions at various work centers.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and conduct workshop audits.
• Perform root cause analysis of process incidents and line rejects.
• Collect process data and define, report, and analyze KPIs.
• Collaborate with IT on ERP/MES/sequencing software.
• Coordinate with suppliers and group to meet project objectives.
• Support installation, commissioning, handover of new industrial solutions.
