Valeo in Spain seeks an experienced Process Engineer to lead the industrialization of the new P1 and to drive production efficiency across machine and direct labor. The role requires close collaboration with suppliers to design, validate, and accept new equipment and lines.

The candidate will champion standardization and process validation activities, participate in PFMEA/Control Plan, and support mass production with ongoing improvements in cost and cycle time.

Formación

• More than 3 years of experience in process engineering.
• Knowledge and passion for the automotive industry.
• English negotiation level is mandatory; other languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the industrialization of the new P1.
• Improve production efficiency (machine and direct labor).
• Capitalize and share know‑how of industrial processes.
• Participate in design of new equipment and lines.
• Coordinate with suppliers on equipment development and acceptance tests.
• Define acceptance criteria for equipment/lines and perform pre/post-acceptance.
• Conduct trials on lines and deliver reports; build and follow action plans.
