Nippon Gases Madrid European Headquarters seeks a Process Improvement Engineer to accelerate deployment of engineering and operational excellence initiatives across Europe. You will identify high-value projects, develop replication roadmaps and work with plant managers to deploy proven solutions, aiming for sustainable savings.
The role requires leading improvement programs in production, maintenance, energy efficiency and process optimization, with strong analytical and stakeholder management
Formación
- Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering or similar.
- 8+ years of experience in industrial operations, engineering, continuous improvement or plant management.
- Experience leading engineering improvement projects with measurable savings.
Responsabilidades
- Identify high-value engineering and operational initiatives for replication across Europe.
- Develop replication roadmaps for ASUs, PAG plants, production sites and logistics operations.
- Collaborate with plant managers, operations and maintenance teams to deploy proven solutions.
- Evaluate technical feasibility and scalability before European deployment.
- Standardize best practices and technical methodologies across sites.
- Track project execution, savings delivery and performance.
