Eurofit seeks a Process Engineer to manage and support production activities within the plant, collaborating with multiple departments and external partners to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and cost targets are met.

The role covers KPI planning and deviations, continuous improvement, best practices, shift planning, and development of local work instructions. Strong English and 3+ years automotive experience are preferred.

Formación

• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role (preferably automotive).
• Technical/engineering degree.

Responsabilidades

• Action plans relating to KPI targets and deviations, audits.
• Continuous improvement, including staff suggestions and ideas.
• Implementation of best practices and lessons learnt.
• Planning and management of shifts and staff (permanent and agency).
• Development and supervision of IT systems related to the industrial process (ERP, MES, sequencing software).
• Cooperates with suppliers and partners to achieve project objectives at the plant.
