Eurofit is seeking a Process Engineer to manage and support production activities, collaborating with plant and group levels and external partners to ensure process safety, quality, productivity and cost targets. You will work with ERP/MES systems, oversee IT-related industrial processes, and liaise with suppliers on projects.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement and leadership within an international team.

Formación

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Technical/engineering degree.
• Automotive sector experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan actions to meet KPI targets and address deviations, and audit non-conformities.
• Drive continuous improvement including staff suggestions and ideas.
• Implement best practices and lessons learnt.
• Plan and manage shifts and staff (permanent and agency workers).
• Create and manage local work instructions such as Total Productive Maintenance.
• Train local teams in processes and work instructions at various work centers.
• Ensure compliance with procedures, including workshop audits.
• Perform root cause analysis of process-related incidents and rejects.
• Collect industrial process data and define, report, and analyze KPIs.
• Work on industrial equipment and software: repairs, programming, and modifications.
• Configure assembly/sequencing equipment with Quality and Supply Chain.
• Occasionally substitute for team leaders when absent.
• Coordinate with IT for ERP, MES, sequencing software development and supervision.
• Coordinate with Production and Innovation to monitor suppliers’ developments.
• Collaborate with suppliers/partners to achieve project objectives at plant level.
• Support installation, commissioning, handover, and acceptance of new industrial solutions.
