Sanofi is seeking an Associate Manager – Global Pricing (HTA & Pricing Reporting) in Barcelona. The role supports HTA and pricing processes, collaborates with global and country teams, and drives analytics and dashboards in Power BI to inform pricing strategy.

You will monitor HTA submissions, prepare newsletters, and deliver clear summaries for diverse stakeholders while advancing value-based pricing insights across major markets. Hybrid work arrangement in Barcelona.

Formación

• 4+ years of relevant experience in pricing and market access in pharma or consulting.
• Experience across several therapeutic areas.
• Proven ability to produce high-quality intelligence reports, newsletters or analyses.
• Solid understanding of HTA methodologies, reimbursement pathways, and pricing regulations across major markets.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and circulate HTA and pricing newsletters with Global Market Access leadership.
• Monitor HTA submissions, appraisals and outcomes across geographies for patterns and insights.
• Maintain a repository of HTA decisions and pricing outcomes to support teams.
• Translate HTA and pricing data into clear summaries for commercial, medical, and regulatory audiences.
• Identify trends in value-based pricing and payer policy changes across key markets.
• Track competitor reimbursement updates and prepare CI reports to support strategy.
• Collaborate with regional/global teams to validate intelligence and enrich insights.
• Lead dashboard initiatives in Power BI; define requirements, KPIs and data specs.
