Revolution Medicines in Madrid is seeking an Associate Director, Market Access HTA to define and execute the market access strategy for oncology therapies in Spain. You will work with the Senior Director to shape business strategies, drive value demonstration, and lead engagement with payers, HTA bodies, and health authorities at national and regional levels.

Formación

Advanced degree required (e.g., PhD in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Health Economics, Public Health).
10+ years of experience in market access, pricing or HTA in oncology.
Proven ability to translate clinical and economic evidence for payers.

Responsabilidades

Define and execute market access strategy for oncology products in Spain.
Lead HTA filings and pricing negotiations with MoH and regional bodies.
Develop value communications tailored for Spanish payers.
Engage with payers, HTA bodies, and health authorities at national and regional levels.
Collaborate with Global and EU teams to align local access with broader strategy.
Monitor health policy developments to inform strategy and accelerate reimbursement.
