UQUIFA Group in Barcelona is seeking a Junior Sales Manager to join our international sales team. You will build and strengthen relationships with customers, identify new business opportunities, prepare quotations, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service.

The position requires 1–3 years in a commercial role, native Spanish and fluent English, and knowledge of Salesforce/SAP a plus. Role is based in Barcelona with occasional travel to international events.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering or Biotechnology.
• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, B2B Sales or a similar commercial role.
• Native Spanish and fluent English.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and SAP is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build and strengthen long-term relationships with customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and support business growth.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow opportunities through to completion.
• Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Production, Quality, Business Development and other internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
• Analyze markets, competitors, pricing, and customer trends to identify new commercial opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts and contribute to commercial strategy.
• Travel occasionally to visit customers and attend international industry events.
