Allianz Technology in Barcelona is seeking a Culture & Engagement Intern to join the Talent Experience team within the People Function. You will support global culture initiatives, recognition programs, and wellbeing projects while gaining hands-on internship experience.

In this hybrid role, you will assist with campaign development, report on program activity, coordinate with Communications, and engage with local teams across countries.

Formación

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master program.
• Strong English language skills.
• Interest in employee engagement, wellbeing, and data analysis.
• Ability to derive insights from data and present them clearly.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with AI concepts is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with the global recognition platform and employee engagement efforts.
• Track program activity and prepare usage reports.
• Collaborate with Communications to develop campaigns.
• Support project management and enablement for platform use.
• Engage with local teams to identify challenges.
• Provide cross-functional support across locations.
