Allianz Technology Spain is seeking a motivated intern for the Corporate Communications team. The role offers hands-on support for daily operations, event planning, and the creation of English-language communications materials, including newsletters and presentations.

You will collaborate with international teams, gain exposure to intranet and social media tools, and work in a hybrid Barcelona office with a 9–14 schedule. A laptop and resources are provided.

Formación

• Enrolled in a Master’s degree program in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• Excellent writing and communication skills in English and Spanish (native level).
• Strong design skills, especially with Canva.
• Familiarity with intranet technologies and social media platforms.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong team player with intercultural and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies and their practical use.

About The Job

Would you like to collaborate with external partners as well? Join the Allianz Technology Spain Corporate Communications team as an intern! You will have the opportunity to provide general support for daily operations, including administrative tasks.

What You Do

• Assist in planning and organizing events.
• Prepare internal and external communications materials, including writing, editing, and proofreading texts and maintaining intranet pages.
• Collaborate with various departments and international project teams.
• Create presentations, newsletters, and other communication materials in English.
• Align communication strategies with key stakeholder groups.

What You Bring

• Available immediately for 6-month internship (5h/day).
• Enrolled in a Master's degree program in Communications, Marketing, or related field.
• Excellent writing and communication skills in English and Spanish (native level).
• Strong design skills, especially with Canva.
• Familiarity with intranet technologies and social media platforms.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong team player with exceptional intercultural and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use.
