Allianz Technology in Barcelona is seeking an HRBP Intern to support the Human Resources Business Partner team in delivering strategic HR initiatives that align with business objectives. This hands-on internship offers exposure to partnering with leaders to drive organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.

You will work in a hybrid setup at our Barcelona office, with a 6-month program and a Monday–Friday schedule from 9 am to 1 pm.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a similar field.
• Willing to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Great written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Passion for people, learning & development.
• Availability to do a 6 month internship from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 1 pm.
• Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles and their practical use.

Responsabilidades

• Support HRBPs in day-to-day HR activities, including employee inquiries, data analysis and reporting.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives focused on talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement
• Help manage employee relations issues by conducting research and providing solutions in alignment with company policies
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to execute HR programs that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Participate in performance management processes and talent review sessions.
