Allianz Technology in Barcelona offers a 6-month internship supporting the Facilities team with office management and employee experience. The role is hybrid, with a 9:00-14:00 schedule, and provides a laptop and a modern open-space office in Barcelona.

The candidate should be pursuing a degree in a related field, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and be fluent in Spanish with a good command of English.

Responsabilidades

• Provide general support to the Facilities team in office management and employee experience.
• Conduct daily inspections of office facilities and service spaces.
• Identify and report facility-related issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Assist Reception with administrative/coordination tasks as needed.
• Support space setup for meetings, events, and internal activities.
• Participate in access management processes and visitor documentation.
• Assist Facilities projects and initiatives as required.
