HP is seeking a curious and organized People Strategy & Engagement Intern in Spain to support global People initiatives for the Commercial Organization. You will work with HR colleagues and cross-functional partners, gaining hands-on experience in employee engagement, recognition, analytics, and communications.

Ideal candidates are currently enrolled in a university in Spain, can sign an internship agreement, and are available to start in February 2027 for 4–12 months.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Must be able to sign internship agreement with university
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written

Responsabilités

• Support planning and delivery of employee engagement initiatives
• Coordinate and track strategic People projects and milestones
• Analyze People data and translate findings into insights
• Translate insights into clear communications for stakeholders
• Collaborate with global People teams and cross-functional partners
• Research HR practices and contribute ideas to improve programs and processes
