Job summary

HP is seeking a sustainability communications intern to join the EMEA Sustainability team. You will help strengthen internal communications, support events and engagements, and convert customer and competitor analysis into actionable insights for the team.

You will gain hands-on experience in sustainability communications within a global technology company, work with regional teams across markets, and use digital tools and AI to develop content and perform analyses.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled at a university in Spain and eligible to sign an internship agreement.
• Available to start February2027 and commit 5–12 months.

Responsibilities

• Support internal sustainability communications and engagements.

please note that, to be eligible for this position, you must be currently enrolled at a university in Spain, remain enrolled until the end of the internship, and be eligible to sign an internship agreement with your university. You must also be available to start the internship in February2027 and continue participating in the program for a minimum of 5months and a maximum of 12months. About the role

Join our EMEA Sustainability team and gain hands‑on experience in sustainability communications, Customer analysis and process management. You will help strengthen our internal communications, support key events and engagements, and convert customer and competitor analysis into useful insights for the team.

What you’ll do

• Support internal communications on sustainability programmes, events and engagements.
• Work on customer and competitor analysis for internal sharing and data improvement.
• Support communications around key customer, partner and team events.
• Research and share customer and partner best practices.
• Support work on our key social impact programme HP Hope.
• Use digital and AI tools, including Copilot, to support content development and analysis.
