HP Barcelona is offering a Business Analyst Intern position designed for students in Spain who will contribute to the Supply Chain Services & Returns COE by turning data into insights and helping shape new services. The program runs from February 2027 to September 2027 and provides hands-on experience across teams including Sales, Operations, and IT.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Supply Chain/Operations, or related field.
• Willing to start Feb 2027 and stay through Sept 2027.
• Eligible to sign an internship agreement with university.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational and business performance data to find issues and trends and help prioritize where the team should act.
• Collaborate with owners across Supply Chain, Planning, IT and Customer Support to turn issues into action plans and track closure.
• Support the intake funnel for new service requests and help assess, prioritize and move ideas through portfolio governance.
• Prepare status updates and dashboards that provide stakeholders with progress, risks, and next steps.
• Identify opportunities to automate and simplify work using Power BI, Power Platform and Copilot/AI.

Before applying, please note that, to be eligible for this position, you must be currently enrolled at a university in Spain, remain enrolled until the end of the internship, and be eligible to sign an internship agreement with your university. You must also be available to start the internship in February 2027 and continue participating in the program until September 2027.

Key responsibilities

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Supply Chain/Operations, or a related field.
• Technical skills: Comfortable working with data and hands‑on with AI tools (Copilot, ChatGPT or similar), with curiosity to use them to automate and simplify work.
• Soft skills: Deeply curious, analytical and structured; proactive with strong follow through; clear communicator, comfortable working with multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
