Job summary

HP Barcelona is seeking an Employee Experience Program Support Intern to assist in planning and delivering employee experience training. You will help create content, support program rollout, and gather feedback to improve training materials and the program structure.

Fluency in English is required, and you must remain enrolled through June–July 2027. The internship offers exposure to a global technology environment, with opportunities for learning, professional development, and networking

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business Administration/Management or Marketing and approaching graduation.
• Basic planning and project coordination skills; interest in learning and development, HR, and improving employee experiences; familiarity with project management and change management concepts is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to explain complex topics; collaborative; organized; creative problem solving; initiative; adaptability; integrity; positive attitude toward learning.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Plan training programs aligned with the organization’s employee experience roadmap.
• Create and update training content and learning materials.
• Assist with program rollout by suggesting creative tools and methods to engage participants.
• Support program evaluation by helping track participation and gather feedback.
• Collect and review participant feedback to help improve training content and program structure.

Before applying please note that, to be eligible for this position, you must be currently enrolled at a university in Spain, remain enrolled until the end of the internship, and be eligible to sign an internship agreement with your university. You must also be available to start the internship in February 2027and continue participating in the program untilJune–July 2027.

About Global Revenue Operations (GRO)

GRO is part of Commercial Organization in HP and leads the stimulating digital transformation with the expected outcome to become a more experience-driven organization. It is a strategic function that helps drive HP’s Digital Transformation and Innovation in Sales processes, including our Channel Partners. GRO builds relationships with HP Customers, Partners as well as dedicated HP Sales Teams, understanding operational business models, identifying challenges in the operational process, and finding solutions on how to improve HP interlock in the operational environment. Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration / Management, or Marketing, and approaching graduation.


• Technical skills: Basic planning and project coordination skills, with an interest in learning and development, human resources, and improving employee experiences. Familiarity with project management and change management concepts is a plus.


• Soft skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to explain complex topics clearly and work collaboratively. Good organization, creative problem solving, initiative, adaptability, integrity, and a positive attitude toward learning.


• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
