HP is offering a People Strategy & Engagement Internship in Malaga, Spain. You will support employee engagement, recognition, analytics, and communications within the global People Organization. The role provides exposure to multiple HR disciplines and projects in a large tech company.

The program is designed for current university students, with February 2027 start and a July 2027 end, offering mentoring and potential future opportunities within HP's Graduate Program.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Labour Relations, Law, Sociology, Economics, or another field relevant to Human Resources.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
• Collaborative, proactive, and learning‑oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Support global People initiatives for the Commercial Organization.
• Work with HR colleagues and cross‑functional partners on employee engagement, recognition, analytics, and communications.
• Coordinate and track strategic People projects, actions, and milestones.
• Translate People insights into clear communications and stakeholder materials.
• Collaborate with global People teams and cross‑functional partners.
• Research HR practices and contribute ideas to improve People programs and processes.
