HP is offering a People Strategy & Engagement Internship in Malaga, Spain. You will support employee engagement, recognition, analytics, and communications within the global People Organization. The role provides exposure to multiple HR disciplines and projects in a large tech company.

The program is designed for current university students, with February 2027 start and a July 2027 end, offering mentoring and potential future opportunities within HP's Graduate Program.

Qualifikationen

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Labour Relations, Law, Sociology, Economics, or another field relevant to Human Resources.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Description –

Before applying please note that, to be eligible for this position, you must be currently enrolled at a university in Spain , remain enrolled until the end of the internship, and be eligible to sign an internship agreement with your university. You must also be available to start the internship in February 2027 and continue participating in the program until June-July 2027 .

About the role

We are looking for a curious, organized, and analytical intern to join HP’s People Organization and support global People initiatives for the Commercial Organization. This internship is an opportunity to understand how People initiatives are developed in a global company, contribute to projects with real impact, and build the knowledge, experience, and professional network to support your future HR career.
