Allianz Technology SE Spain Branch seeks a Global People Operations Manager to drive governance, standardization and end-to-end process management across the People & Culture function. You will coordinate safeguarding, compliance, and data governance while aligning global and local P&C teams for consistent service delivery.

Qualifications

• Deep experience governing global P&C processes and continuous improvement.
• Coordination of safeguarding frameworks, data privacy, controls and audits.
• Governance of HR tech, resilience, lifecycle management and third-party oversight.
• Proven data governance skills: data quality, privacy-by-design, accountability.
• Policy literacy to embed requirements into processes and technology.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration across global and local teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end P&C process governance, map and document processes, drive standardization and improvements.
• Ensure processes and applications meet internal controls, regulatory, risk and compliance requirements.
• Oversee P&C application landscape governance; coordinate ownership and lifecycle governance.
• Establish controls for employee data management and operational governance.
• Represent P&C in policy reviews and ensure alignment with governance docs.
• Act as trusted advisor across P&C, Risk, Data Privacy, IT, Audit and Legal factions.
• Lead transformation initiatives, new operating models, governance structures and mobility to improve processes.
