Contentsquare is seeking a Global People Operations & Workday Governance Lead to sit at the intersection of People, Technology, Data and Transformation. You will own global governance, drive Workday strategy, lead cross-functional cycles and help unlock automation and AI capabilities.

You’ll combine strategic thinking with strong operational and Workday expertise, shaping scalable People processes, data governance, and analytics on a worldwide scale.

Formación

• Experience in People Operations, HRIS, Workday, People Technology or a related field.
• Strong understanding of global People processes, data and governance.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects and stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
• Strong interest in automation, AI and the future of People Technology.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across functions and at senior level.

Responsabilidades

• Own global governance of People processes and partner with senior People leadership.
• Translate People needs into technical requirements and shape Workday roadmap.
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve People processes, including AI and emerging tech.
• Own governance and integrity of People data for analytics and AI.
• Lead major People cycles, such as performance and compensation reviews, across functions.
