Allianz Technology is seeking a Global Head of Data Foundations to lead the data management strategy, governing target architecture and global tooling for a robust data governance framework. You will drive governance standards, define the global data architecture, and deliver strategic roadmaps with stakeholders at the c-level across a global organization.

You will lead strategic programs, enable self-service analytics, and deliver scalable data solutions in collaboration with internal partners,

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in data management, architecture or governance in a global enterprise.
• Proven ability to define and execute data strategy at scale with senior stakeholder engagement.
• Deep expertise in data governance, MDM and enterprise data platforms.
• Familiarity with AI and data tech trends in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of data foundations and management assets for Allianz Technology's global Data Strategy.
• Drive Data Governance and Management standards within the Global COO Function.
• Define Global Target Data Architecture and align with business strategy.
• Lead global programs including self-service analytics and enterprise data models.
• Develop strategic roadmaps for data products and data exchange.
• Implement KPIs and executive reporting for data foundations performance.
• Build and mentor a high-performing international team.
