Cint is seeking a Strategic People Partner to reshape R&D org design and accelerate performance in an AI-driven era. You will partner with engineering and product leaders to redesign structures, roles and ways of working for faster, high-impact delivery.

You will translate AI trends into concrete HR actions, collapse bureaucracy, and rebuild People products for speed. A proactive, curious leader thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Formación

• Experience working with R&D/engineering teams and transformation initiatives.
• Ability to redesign core HR systems to fit fast-moving tech environments.
• Curiosity about AI and the future of work, plus proactive, opinionated approach.
