Contentsquare is seeking a Global People Operations & Workday Governance Lead to sit at the intersection of People, Technology, Data, and Transformation. You will own global governance, drive the Workday strategy, and lead cross-functional cycles to unlock automation and AI opportunities.

You’ll partner with senior People leadership, Audit, Legal, and Compliance to ensure strong controls and secure access to People data while shaping a scalable, data-driven People function globally.

Formación

• Experience in People Operations, HRIS, Workday, People Technology or a related field.
• Strong understanding of global People processes, data and governance.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects and stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
• Interest in automation, AI and the future of People Technology.

Responsabilidades

• Own global governance for People processes and data integrity.
• Translate needs into Workday requirements and shape roadmap.
• Identify opportunities to automate and simplify People processes.
• Lead cross-functional delivery including major People cycles.
• Drive change management and training for new Workday processes.
• Partner with Audit, Legal and Compliance on controls and data access.
