Contentsquare is seeking a People Systems Lead to drive Workday HCM administration, system design, and integrations across global HR operations. You will partner with the People Team, IT, Finance and Legal to deliver scalable, secure people solutions and continuous improvements in a dynamic, international environment.

The role demands deep Workday expertise, strong stakeholder management, and a proactive, collaborative mindset to support global growth and compliance.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in HRIS, configuring and administering Workday HCM.
• Advanced proficiency with Workday business process framework, data model, and security architecture.
• Experience with Workday integration tools including EIB template creation, core connector configuration, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and Workday Studio.
• Autonomous, proactive and strong problem-solving skills with ability to prioritise and deliver.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across multi-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Workday HCM administration, configuration and serve as SME for optimization and security across HCM modules.
• Design, configure, and improve business processes to streamline People operations and enable growth.
• Manage integrations with payroll, benefits, talent acquisition, learning, and third-party tools using EIB and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Partner with People teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Conduct technical analysis of releases and perform non-regression testing in sandbox environments.
• Implement security configurations including RBAC, domain policies, and data access controls.
• Lead technical troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Coordinate with external suppliers for enhancements or issue resolution within budget.
• Develop and maintain guides and architecture diagrams for knowledge transfer.
