Strada is seeking a Payroll Delivery Specialist to support operational teams remotely in Spain (France-focused payroll workflows). You’ll deliver functional and technical payroll support, contribute to client implementations, and help maintain documentation and process standards.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years of payroll experience in HR outsourcing or corporate settings, strong knowledge of French payroll rules, and fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of payroll experience in HR consulting, outsourcing, or corporate environments
• Experience with French payroll processes, legislation and practices
• Good command of French (B2) and English
• HRIS knowledge: Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft; payroll certifications preferred

Responsabilités

• Support operational teams to ensure payroll deadlines are met
• Provide functional/technical support to clients and go-lives
• Deliver daily payroll support to teams for successful payroll delivery
• Maintain Client Solution workbook and process documentation
• Review Statements of Work for fit and accuracy
• Log and escalate system/functional issues with evidence for investigation
• Collaborate with Management, Transformation and Products on automation initiatives
• Upskill team members and manage legislative roadmap updates
• Assist with Year End activities and client escalations
