ANV Specialty seeks an International Payroll and Benefits Specialist to join the Human Resources Team in Barcelona, Spain. You will manage payroll across Europe with emphasis on UK payrolls, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.

Reporting to the HR Advisor, you will support benefits, answer payroll inquiries, and contribute to audits and improvements, working with ADP and local providers in a multinational environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, human resources or related field preferred.
• Proven significant payroll management experience in UK & Europe across multiple countries.
• Excellent communication, confidentiality and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Manage international payroll operations across Europe with focus on UK payrolls.
• Coordinate with payroll providers and ensure timely, accurate processing and tax documentation.
• Support payroll audits, reporting and process improvements.
