Allfunds Group, based in Madrid, seeks an HR Payroll Specialist to oversee end-to-end payroll across several countries, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. The role includes managing benefits, HR admin, and responding to employee pay inquiries.

The ideal candidate will have multi-country payroll experience, strong knowledge of labour legislation, English fluency, and advanced Excel skills. This full-time position is located in Madrid, with an emphasis on timely delivery and process

Through DEI, Allfunds fosters a culture that recognizes and minimizes bias.**Sounds interesting?****Please take a closer look...****Key Responsibilities*** Oversee end‐to‐end payroll processing and all payroll-related tasks across several countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.* Manage benefits enrolment, changes, and employee inquiries* Coordinate other employee lifecycle processes and HR admin operations* Respond to employee questions about policies, pay, benefits, and HR procedures* Partner with internal HR teams, Finance, Tax, external providers and other internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regional regulations.* Support internal audits and documentation requirements* Identify inefficiencies and proposes improvements to HR workflows**Qualifications*** Proven experience in multi‐country payroll and benefits administration.* Strong understanding of labour legislation, Social Security procedures, and payroll management.* Fluency in English* Advanced Excel skills.* High attention to detail, strong analytical and organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.* Proactive, solution-oriented mindset, able to work in dynamic environments.### Join Allfunds and make a difference!
