Ebury Malaga Office offers a hybrid work setup: four days in the office and one day from home per week, for a six-month temporary contract. As a Senior Payroll Specialist, you’ll ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll for 1,900+ professionals across 29+ markets.

You’ll own payroll processes, collaborate with Finance and HR, and stay current with local regulations while leveraging CloudPay and advanced Excel to deliver reliable payroll operations.

Formación

• At least 2 years’ experience of processing payroll across multiple countries.
• Experience with a global payroll provider/system, preferably CloudPay.
• Ability to take ownership of payroll processes.
• Problem solving mindset & positive attitude.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication skills in English; advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookup, and formulas).

Responsabilidades

• End to end processing of bi-monthly and monthly payrolls as part of a small team.
• Analyze and document country control frameworks and payroll processing guidance.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders and payroll provider to ensure end-to-end process excellence.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.
• Perform reconciliations and audit tasks for monthly payrolls.
• Stay up to date with local payroll regulations.
• Support Finance with month-end close and reporting activities.
• Review payroll processes and procedures to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Attend to escalated and critical payroll issues promptly.
