Strada is seeking a Payroll Specialist in Granada to support international clients, ensuring timely and accurate payroll delivery and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate with management to provide functional and technical payroll expertise across selected client accounts.

Ideal candidates hold a BA/BS in a business field and 3–4 years of payroll experience, with expert knowledge of French payroll processes and legislation, plus fluency in French (B2) and English.

Formación

• BA/BS in a business-related field or equivalent combo of education and experience.
• 3-4 years of payroll experience in HR consulting, outsourcing, or corporate environments.
• Expert knowledge of French payroll processes, practices and legislation.
• Good level of French (min. B2) and good English.

Responsabilidades

• Support Managers with client info ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide guidance for implementations and go-live events.
• Deliver daily functional payroll support to ensure successful payrolls.
• Maintain the Client Solution workbook and related docs.
• Update and enforce Defined Work Instructions and other process docs.
• Sign off on System Maintenance Testing.
• Review Statements of Work to ensure fit for purpose.
• Resolve technical/functional issues escalated from the team with proper logging.
• Collaborate with Ops, Transformation and Products on automation and improvements.
• Manage legislation roadmap and upskill the team for upcoming changes.
• Support Year End activities and confidentiality requirements.
• Identify upsell opportunities and assist with client escalations and lessons learned.
