Strada, a global people, payroll, and technology leader, is seeking a payroll professional to join our team. You will contribute to downstream payroll processing, system upgrades, and client service delivery across multiple regions.

Formación

• 2–4 years of payroll administration experience in HR outsourcing, consulting or corporate.
• Understanding of inputs/outputs like third-party interfaces, timekeeping, tax, benefits.
• Ability to identify and mitigate risks to service delivery.
• HRIS knowledge: Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
• Strong customer service and support skills.
• Proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Support complex downstream post-payroll work: reconciliation, legal reporting, payroll cycle checklist.
• Assist management of annual payroll events.
• Lead system testing aspects for upgrades (HRSP, EMR).
• Coordinate Change Requests with the Senior Payroll Specialist or Payroll Manager.
• Support the Local Service Delivery Manager (LSDM) and handle complex customer inquiries.
• Coach and support Senior Data Management Associates and Specialists in resolving complex data calculations.
• Participation in legal and regulatory compliance.
• Play a key role in payroll training and certification.
• Execution of SOC1 Controls related to payroll.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of complex transactional downstream post‑payroll work: Accounting reconciliation, Legal reporting authorization, Legal reporting review, Payroll cycle checklist etc.
• Support the management of annual Payroll events
• Lead key aspects of system and application upgrade testing: HRSP, EMR etc.
• Coordination of the implementation of Change Requests (CR) taking direction from the Senior Payroll Specialist or Payroll Manager if required
• Support the Payroll Manager in their role as the Local Service Delivery Manager (LSDM) for customers and handle complex customer inquiries
• Coach and support the Senior Data Management Associates and Specialists in resolving complex data calculations
• Participation in the Legal and Regulatory Compliance process
• Play a key role in Payroll training and certification of the individual functions within the Customer Service team
• Execution of SOC1 Controls related to payroll

Requirements

• 2–4 years relevant experience administering Payroll in an HR consulting, HR Outsourcing or Corporate environment
• A deep understanding of the various inputs and outputs such as third‑party interfaces, timekeeping, tax filing/compliance, accounting, benefits, and other key areas that integrate with payroll
• The ability to identify and mitigate any risks to service delivery
• HRIS knowledge: Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft knowledge preferred
• High Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills
• The ability to demonstrate excellent customer service/support skills
• Reasonably proficient in English language
