Job summary

myPOS AD is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to own payroll across multiple European countries, ensuring accurate processing, compliance with local labour laws and tax rules, and a smooth transition to our global payroll provider Deel. You will oversee onboarding, registrations, and data integrity while coordinating with HR, Finance and vendors.

Fluency in English is required, with additional European languages a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of payroll experience
• International, multi-country payroll leadership
• Experience with several European jurisdictions
• Familiarity with Deel platform
• Strong knowledge of payroll tax and labour law interactions
• Experience with commission-heavy or variable pay structures
• Fluent English (written and spoken) and additional languages are a plus

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end payroll across multiple countries and ensure compliance with local labour law and payroll taxes
• Oversee onboarding of new hires in Deel ahead of the first pay run
• Maintain and strengthen payroll governance, controls and documentation
• Coordinate with HR Operations, Finance and Deel to ensure data integrity and timely payroll processing
• Lead, develop and coach the payroll team and manage vendor governance and SLAs
