Job summary

myPOS is expanding and seeks a Payroll Manager to own payroll across multiple European countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely processing. You will oversee onboarding in Deel, manage country registrations and lead a payroll team in a highly regulated fintech environment.

The role requires deep experience with cross-border payroll, governance, and collaboration with HR, Finance and Tax. Fluent English is essential; additional European languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of payroll experience including international, multi-country exposure.
• Experience across European jurisdictions including Italy, France and Germany; Bulgaria a plus.
• Strong knowledge of payroll tax and labour law interactions.
• Experience with commission-heavy or variable pay structures.
• Fluency in English; additional European languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Hold end-to-end ownership of payroll across multiple countries.
• Ensure payroll is processed accurately, on time and compliant.
• Oversee onboarding in Deel for new hires.
• Maintain payroll governance and controls across HR, Finance and Deel.
• Lead and develop the payroll team.
