Remote is seeking a Payroll Specialist Lead for Poland to deliver accurate, compliant payroll operations across jurisdictions. You will work with Payroll Operations, Tax, Finance, Product and Customer Success, coordinating with payroll partners as needed.

The role suits a mid-to-senior professional with hands-on experience in complex payroll environments and comfort working in distributed teams globally.

Formación

• Mid-senior experience in Polish payroll operations.
• Experience managing payroll in multi-country environments.
• Understanding of payroll controls, reconciliations, and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure payroll is processed accurately, on time, and compliant with country regulations.
• Own end-to-end payroll execution for assigned jurisdictions, including validation and post-payment processes.
• Stay updated on legislative, tax, and regulatory developments affecting payroll.
• Support rollout of payroll services in new jurisdictions and integrate processes into workflows.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on country payroll matters.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies, risks, or compliance issues.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of payroll processes for transparency.
• Develop and maintain payroll documentation for clarity and scalability.
• Partner with cross-functional teams for system enhancements and statutory updates.
• Support adoption of automation and AI tools to improve efficiency.
• Participate in testing of payroll system developments and enhancements.
