Fundraise Up is hiring a Senior Product Manager for OX Retention and Expansion to own retention, adoption, and growth across active organizations. You will centralize cross-product strategies and ensure customers realize value after activation.

You will define a scalable growth roadmap, diagnose blockers, and drive initiatives with data-driven, cross-functional teams. You will partner with Product, CS, GTM, and Data/Engineering to measure outcomes and iterate.

Formación

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS or related field.
• Experience at a Senior+ level of scope and influence.
• Strong analytical ability to diagnose adoption and churn.
• Proven cross-functional growth initiatives delivery.
• Experience with customer lifecycle retention, activation, or expansion.
• Ability to size opportunities and prioritize by impact.
• Experience collaborating with CS, GTM, PMM, and Product.
• Comfort with AI/ML-enabled products or data-driven personalization.
• Strong stakeholder management and influence.

Responsabilidades

• Define Retention & Expansion Strategy and create a prioritized roadmap (6–12 months).
• Lead discovery across interviews, behavioral analysis, and funnel reviews to diagnose blockers.
• Own product adoption initiatives across active organizations with cross-functional teams.
• Drive cross-functional retention programs with PMM, CSM, GTM, and Product.
• Measure outcomes with a metric tree and adapt based on results.
• Identify AI/ML opportunities for segmentation and churn prediction.
