Revelyst in Barcelona is seeking an HR Payroll & Benefits Specialist EMEA to oversee payroll and HR administration across Spain, France, Germany, the UK, Switzerland and the Netherlands from our European HQ. You will coordinate monthly payroll with external providers, ensure accuracy, and resolve employee queries while managing benefits such as company cars and meal vouchers.

• 5+ years of payroll experience, ideally multi-country.
• Knowledge of Spanish payroll and labor administration.
• Experience with external payroll providers and systems like ADP and Workday.
• Fluent English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the monthly payroll process across Spain, France, Germany, the UK, Switzerland and the Netherlands.
• Serve as main contact for external payroll providers and internal stakeholders.
• Manage benefits (company cars, meal vouchers), time and attendance (Woffu), sick leave, and hires/terminations.
• Coordinate onboarding and prepare contracts/documentation.
