Nutanix, a leading enterprise cloud software company, is seeking a Director to own worldwide partner programs operations, incentives, and governance. You will orchestrate planning, readiness, launch, and ongoing management across global partner types, driving consistency and scale.

In this role, you will partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Vendors to design processes, measure outcomes, and continuously improve the operating model while ensuring accuracy, governance, and timely

Formación

• Significant experience in partner-program operations and incentive operations.
• Experience running global programs across regions and partner types.
• Ownership of processes from intake through execution, reporting and improvement.
• Ability to coordinate with Finance, Legal, Marketing, Enablement, and Systems.

Responsabilidades

• Own worldwide program operations for partner programs and incentives.
• Run Elevate and incentive execution with end-to-end readiness.
• Manage systems, data, and process integrity across platforms.
• Own finance, payment, and funding operations with clear RACIs.
• Coordinate legal, compliance, and contractual operations.
• Manage vendors and the Programs Operations team.
