Fever seeks a Head of Marketing Strategy to lead Fever’s global growth engine from Madrid with a hybrid setup. You’ll own paid marketing channels, drive user acquisition, and manage multi-million-dollar media investments while steering a large cross-functional team and delivering strong P&L performance.

This role requires strategic vision, data-driven execution, and creative leadership to scale one of the world’s fastest-growing entertainment platforms.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in performance marketing or growth roles.
• Experience managing nine-figure budgets and delivering measurable growth.
• Deep expertise in paid media strategy and data-driven optimization.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Fever’s global acquisition marketing strategy.
• Own acquisition P&L and drive profitable growth across geographies.
• Lead a cross-functional marketing organization and mentor teams.
• Collaborate with Growth, Creative, Product, Data, CRM, etc. to ensure integrated growth.
