Vitra is seeking an International Customer & Sales Support professional to ensure a seamless order-to-delivery process for customers, partners and Sales teams. You will act as a central coordination point across functions, helping to deliver high service and reliability that defines the Vitra customer experience.

You will manage end-to-end orders, process orders in SAP, coordinate with production planning and freight partners, and serve as the main contact for international customers and Sales

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Support, Sales Support, or Order Management within a B2B environment.
• Strong customer and service orientation with ownership and accountability.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP experience is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the end-to-end order-to-delivery process, ensuring timely fulfillment and high service quality
• Process customer orders for new products and spare parts in SAP
• Act as a central point of contact for the sales teams, international partners, and customers
• Monitor customer orders and shipment schedules
• Coordinate production and delivery dates with production planning and internal stakeholders
• Clarify technical product-related questions between customers and production teams
• Assess feasibility and calculate pricing for customized product requests, including customer fabric enquiries
• Organize transportation in collaboration with freight forwarding partners
• Prepare invoices as well as credit and debit notes and support complaint and return handling
