Job summary

the rec hub. in Madrid seeks an Order Management Analyst to join its Global Order Management function. You will own end-to-end bookings from Salesforce through Oracle ERP, ensuring accurate data and timely processing.

In this hands-on role, you will validate commercial documents, resolve booking exceptions, coordinate with Sales, Finance and IT, and contribute to process improvements and automation across the global booking operation.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Order Management or related functions.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and Oracle ERP.
• Knowledge of CPQ and cross-functional order handoffs.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Execute global bookings from Salesforce opportunities through sale order creation and release in Oracle ERP within service levels.
• Review quotes, order forms, POs and supporting docs to validate details.
• Identify and resolve incomplete or inconsistent order information with Sales, Sales Operations, Deal Desk and Finance.
• Manage order creation, amendments, cancellations, debook/rebook, and other transactions across Salesforce and Oracle.
• Monitor Salesforce-to-Oracle interfaces, resolve data mismatches, and coordinate with IT on system issues.
• Maintain accurate order status and reporting; support month-end/quarter-end priorities and process improvements.
