Job summary

Centrient Pharmaceuticals seeks a Customer Service Agent in Barcelona to own the end-to-end order lifecycle and serve as the go-to contact for customer and order inquiries. You will collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain and Logistics to ensure on-time deliveries, while maintaining master data and handling documentation.

The role requires 3+ years in sales or B2B customer service, English fluency (B2 level) and strong communication.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in sales and/or call center within a B2B environment.
Experience liaising with internal distribution and international colleagues is a plus.
Fluent in English (B2 level) and regional language(s).
Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient with MS Office and SAP ERP.
Knowledge of Celonis and SAP C4C CRM tools.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Order Life Cycle management for assigned accounts (PFI, Confirmation, Order Booking, Cleaning, Dispatch).
Provide real-time customer support via phone, meetings, and emails.
Meet KPIs related to customer segmentation.
Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure on-time deliveries.
Monitor status and drive fulfillment of open orders and escalations.
Align with sales managers on demand allocation and deviations.
Handle batch allocation and related documentation.
Plan shipments domestically and internationally considering lead times.
Coordinate return processes with logistics and manage customer master data.
