Job summary

Centrient Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Logistics Coordinator (Temporary) for our Spain sites in Sant Feliu de Llobregat and Santa Perpètua de Mogoda. You will manage the inbound and outbound flow of goods and coordinate with transport partners to secure service levels.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in logistics or a related field, at least five years of experience, and fluent Spanish and English. SAP experience and knowledge of Incoterms and GDP are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience in Logistics or Supply Chain roles.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, written and spoken.
• Experience with SAP.
• Knowledge of Incoterms and GDP is preferred.
• Experience working in an international environment.
• Willingness to commute between Sant Feliu de Llobregat and Santa Perpètua de Mogoda offices.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound logistics flow at the Spain site in coordination with partner functions and transport suppliers.
• Ensure service levels and accurate documentation, minimizing transport costs and errors.
• Lead the customer complaints process with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and Planning to meet monthly demand and prioritize dispatch.
• Interact with internal and external customers to provide effective support and improve the customer experience.
• Operate as an expert in international trade and logistics, including multimodal transport and export/import procedures.
• Own and report logistics KPIs and drive continuous improvement actions.
• Maintain and develop relationships with logistics providers and assist in negotiations of contracts.

The Supply Chain Management Department has a vacancy in Santa Perpètua / Sant Feliu de Llobregat offices for the following position:

Logistics Coordinator (Temporary)

Main activities and responsibilities:

• Manage, coordinate, and execute the logistic inbound and outbound flow of goods at the Spain site, in coordination with the relevant partner functions and transport suppliers.
• Secure service levels and excellence in execution in quality and documentation right first time, minimizing costs and errors in transport booking and fulfillment.
• Lead the customer complaints process, solving difficult or repetitive issues with customers, with a continuous improvement approach, through root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Partner with Customer Service and Planning team to fulfill monthly demand volumes and prioritize dispatch of goods based on business requirements and available schedules.
• Interact directly with internal customers and via sales department with external customers to provide the right customer support and improve the customer experience.
• You are an expert in International Trade & Logistics procedures, familiar with multimodal transport modes and export and import procedures.
• Own and report logistic KPI’s and define follow-up actions for improvement.
• You maintain and improve relations with logistics service suppliers, supporting in the preparation of the negotiations of present and/or current contracts and agreements.

The Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or relevant discipline or a comparable skills and knowledge level gained by experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in Logistics, Demand/Supply Chain or other Supply Chain related roles.
• Fluent proficiency in Spanish and English language (written and spoken).
• Relevant experience in SAP.
• Extensive knowledge about Incoterms and GDP is preferred.
• Experience in working in an international environment.
• Flexibility and availability to commute to both our Sant Feliu de Llobregat and Santa Perpètua de Mogoda offices.
