Pluxee seeks a Product Builder to join the global Ops Automation Squad within Product & Engineering. The role focuses on transforming operational needs into reusable capabilities, with AI and automation to scale the platform across countries.

You will work hands-on with engineering, data, and country teams to prototype, implement and measure impact, delivering reliable, scalable product workflows and interfaces.

• Hands-on with automation, AI tools, no-code/low-code platforms, and data tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Translate operational needs into reusable product capabilities across countries.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data and country teams to ship global capabilities.
• Define success metrics and measure adoption, time saved and error reduction.
• Prototype using AI tools, no-code/low-code platforms, APIs, scripts and data analysis.
