Pluxee, Cobee by Pluxee, is seeking a Product Builder to join the global Ops Automation Squad within Product & Engineering. The role focuses on creating reusable capabilities, common APIs, and self‑service tools to scale across countries.

You will work with Engineering, Data, and country teams to map processes, build prototypes with AI and automation, and measure adoption and impact. You will collaborate with Operations, Finance, Customer Care and IT to understand needs, assess reuse potential,

Formación

• Hands-on experience with automation, AI tools, no-code/low-code platforms, SQL, scripting or workflow tools.
• Strong product judgment and builder mindset.
• Experience improving operational, financial, administrative or internal workflows.
• Ability to understand complex processes and simplify them without losing control.

Responsabilidades

• Build reusable platform capabilities and automation across countries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map workflows and data flows.
• Prototype with AI tools and low-code platforms; validate and iterate quickly.
