Jobtailor in Madrid is seeking a Global Operations Communications Specialist to own alert communications, coordinate global requests, and shape how we communicate across the network.

You will align standards across regions, enable execution with structured content, and contribute as an SME across projects in a fast-paced, healthcare-adjacent logistics environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in an operational role within specialized logistics (healthcare preferred).
• Ability to translate complexity into clear communication and direction.
• Experience working across regions and functions in a global environment.
• Structured, proactive mindset with ownership of topics end-to-end.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Own global operational alert communication—ensuring clarity, consistency, and enablement of timely and effective decision-making across the network.
• Act as a central coordination point for global requests—reviewing, guiding, structuring consistent responses across all of our offices.
• Shape and continuously improve how we communicate across the global network.
• Drive alignment across functions and regions on standards, priorities, and messaging.
• Enable execution through structured content and tools (e.g. SharePoint, templates, content organization).
• Contribute as an SME to projects and initiatives, bringing solution-oriented thinking and hands-on execution.
