Allianz Partners is seeking a Working Student / Intern in Global Operations (COO) to support the Operations Productivity and Performance team with reporting, budgeting and performance analysis across global units. You will help prepare management reports and presentations to support decision-making.

Key tasks include coordinating with regional and local teams, assisting with project tasks, and contributing to updates under an AI/ML and cloud-enabled data environment.

Formación

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Interest in project management and working on presentations.
• Basic proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; willingness to learn.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting the reporting, planning, and forecasting of Operations costs and productivity across different business units.
• Assisting with project management tasks, including organizing meetings, tracking progress on initiatives, and supporting communication across teams.
• Contributing to regular reporting and updates, ensuring smooth communication between global, regional, and local teams.
• Collaborating with various departments on ad hoc tasks and strategic initiatives.
• Work effectively in an environment shaped by AI, ML, data analytics and cloud-based tools, using insights responsibly with data governance, security and ethics.
