Deel is seeking a senior leader to build and scale credit risk analytics and AI/ML underwriting across its global platform. You will partner with Product, Engineering and Compliance to deploy predictive models, monitor portfolio health, and optimize pricing and collections.

You will guide governance processes, work on underserved markets, and lead a team to deliver scalable analytics that drive sustainable growth while ensuring risk controls and compliance.

Formación

• 15+ years in credit risk management, incl. leadership in consumer and small business lending.
• Hands-on experience building, validating, deploying AI/ML underwriting or scoring models.
• Experience leveraging alternative data sets for Consumer and SME lending.
• Strong track record managing credit risk for new products, markets, and segments.
• Leadership with ability to train non-technical stakeholders in analytics and risk concepts.
• Finance or related degree; Master’s preferred.
• Certifications (CFA/FRM/PRM) are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build and scale credit risk analytics for portfolio optimization, loss forecasting, and provision adequacy.
• Lead development of underwriting and pricing models from evaluation to production.
• Integrate non-traditional data sources to boost predictive accuracy and access for underserved markets.
• Architect real-time monitoring and automated alerting for portfolio health and collections.
• Identify new products, markets, segments risks early and design mitigations.
• Design and run A/B tests for underwriting and pricing criteria.
• Develop governance processes, including Credit Committees and reporting.
• Ensure models and pipelines are auditable, scalable, and deployment-ready.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Operations, Compliance, and Engineering.
• Improve collections strategy with predictive analytics and outcomes focus.
• Drive analytics literacy via workshops and documentation.
