Amazon is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead inbound, outbound, or cross-functional processes at its Fulfillment Center. You will manage 3-7 Area Managers and 100-300 hourly associates, drive Lean improvements, and ensure safety and efficiency across shifts.

Fluent English is required, with a strong background in data analysis and capacity planning. MBA preferred, and experience with stakeholder management is valued.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 8+ years of operations management experience.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English.
• 8+ years of strong operations management with data analysis proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of 3-7 Area Managers (front-line supervisors) and 100-300 hourly associates by embodying Amazon's Leadership Principles.
• Mentor, train and develop teammates for career progression and performance improvement.
• Execute Daily Capacity planning to guarantee success at the site.
• Create, communicate and maintain quality control policies and standard work procedures to Area Managers and associates.
• Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives using Lean tools to delight customers.
• Balance labor and productivity with other Operations Managers to meet performance targets.
