Amazon Spain Fulfillment is seeking an Operations Manager in its Pathways Program to lead cross-functional teams, manage people, processes, and technology, and drive continuous improvement across a dynamic operations network in Spain. The program spans three years with exposure to senior leadership and multiple sites.

From Day 1 you will tackle real business challenges, optimize operations, enhance the customer experience, and implement scalable solutions.

Formación

• MBA or Master’s degree in progress or completed.
• 3+ years of professional or military experience.
• Willing to work flexible hours including overnights, weekends and holidays.
• Experience leading a team of direct and indirect reports.
• Supply chain, operations, engineering, analytics background is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 50–100 associates on the front lines.
• Partner with senior leadership to identify and solve complex business and operational challenges.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing data and implementing scalable solutions.
• Make real-time decisions balancing safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Collaborate with technology, engineering, and supply chain teams to improve end-to-end processes.
